Overview

North Pacific Management Inc administrates a large number of business rental properties, including: hotels, fitness centers, restaurants and office space. Agaso is building a suite of online data tools to streamline business processes for hotel management. The program includes: an application that gives each of its properties a virtual site,  an administrative section that requires managing logins and permissions, customer business/comment card capture and reporting, extensible property management system data import capabilities and reporting based on the imported data.

Challenges

Besides the need to have a secure site with logins and permissions for each property, it is necessary to create an application that is scalable and modularized. The site administrator will need to have control over which departments can have access to specified modules at the completion of the project, as well as with any modules added in the future.

Accomplishments

Agaso is creating a  modularized, secure intranet application that is designed to allow for future growth, while meeting the specific needs of North Pacific Management Inc.
