| Agaso has a deep pool of skillsets and abilities,
but what sets the organization apart is the ability to develop applications in
a team environment. Everyone in Agaso has years of experience creating Internet
software using Microsoft technologies and our own project process. We continue
to keep abreast of the newest web development tools in an ever-evolving
industry. The people make an organization what it is, and Agaso is a strong

Todd Lincoln
Todd has skillfully managed web software projects for a variety of large
projects. As project manager, Todd has taken responsibility for large web
applications and is known for building relationships with clients that foster
communication and cooperation. Todd is an experienced web programmer, with
broad expertise in a variety of Internet technologies. Todd has been
instrumental in developing the Agaso project lifecycle, and creating methods to
increase quality and decrease development time. Todd holds an A.A. degree in
computer science.

David Specht
David has been a Lead Application Architect since 1998, designing applications
and creating the documentation that is the basis of development. David is a
master programmer in the areas of .NET, C#, Visual Basic, Internet Information
Server, COM objects, SQL server, XML/XSL, and ASP. He is an expert in the NT
server development environment. David earned a B.S. degree in computer
engineering from Portland State University in 1999.

Robert Kramer
Robert has more than 14 years of experience in business management. Robert was
the lead project manager for SnapNames.com for two years, and led the team
through several major software redesigns, funding cycles, and company
reorganizations. Robert has been involved with coding multiple web sites and
has been the author of several documents outlining software development
procedures. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business: Information
Systems from Portland State University.
