Agaso Contracted by North Pacific Management 4/30/2002

North Pacific Management, Inc. has chosen Agaso, LLC to begin application development for a number of internal projects. North Pacific administrates a large number of business rental properties including hotels, fitness centers, restaurants and office space. Agaso will build a suite of online data tools to streamline business processes for hotel management.

Paul Dalton, Director of Information Technology, is enthusiastic about the business relationship with Agaso. “Agaso is helping our organization refine our strategic objectives. They are designing and building a set of web-based applications, which will significantly reduce the amount of labor required to accomplish critical tasks and reduce training time for our employees. Definitely time and money well spent!”

For North Pacific’s hotel management business, Agaso will integrate with the current guest reservation systems and build online reporting tools to give managers access to reports of past and current reservations. Scheduled reports will be generated on a periodic basis and administrators will have access to online reports on demand.

Employees will be able to store guest information and comment form data through an employees-only section and managers will analyze the data with custom reporting tools.

Engineers at Agaso will create an online room reservation request system, providing a link between potential guests and hotel employees. All client data will be protected by secure socket layer data transfers and encrypted data.

Engineers at Agaso will create the hotel management application utilizing Microsoft .NET technology. Larry Davis, a founding member of Agaso, reflected on the platform. “We will be able to shorten our development time while including more features in the software tools we’re building.” Engineers at Agaso are continuing to refine their expertise with .NET framework as they continue to choose the platform for all new development.
